Lake Toba (Indonesia)

In November 2008, I plan to go to Indonesia to make
documentation. This document is about Lake Toba. 
Lake Toba is the largest volcanic lake in the world.  At
100 km long and 30 km wide and measuring 505 m at its deepest
point, it is situated in the middle of the northern part of
the Indonesian island of Sumatra. Surrounded by high
mountains, it cradles the large island of Samosir in the
middle. It is almost as big as Singapore and was created by an
eruption between 30,000 and 75,000 years ago.  Lake Toba
is the most famous holiday destination in the island of Sumatera.

A lot has changed in Toba since its hey-day, when
backpackers found, that their common interests of having a
good time, lead to  a nice little cottage industry.  The spring
break-style partyers now howl at the moon in Thailand
instead of Toba.  On weekends people from Medan and Aceh
comes to call and other travellers still pop in, in great
expectation.  But the numbers aren’t enough to hide the
obvious: tourism in Toba is almost dead.

To get to Lake Toba you need go to Jakarta first, it’s
about eight hour by aeroplane.  After that you need go to
Medan, the capital city of North Sumatera). It is  two and half hours by aeroplane or a 3 day cruise.  From Medan it is about an 8 hour  drive to  Lake Toba.

The reason I’m doing this documentation to encourage tourists to return to Lake Toba and to remind them that Indonesia not only has Bali as a tourist destination, but also has other tourist destinations such as like Lake Toba.  Another reason to choose Lake Toba for my first document is that my family came from North Sumatera and most of them still live there.

In order to make all of this happen, I have some other good  people
helping me; firstly one my cousin Ardhy Makhruzar, who works as a photographer in Jakarta and secondly my friend Wahyu, who like me,studies film at a university.

-A woman sitting in front of the class,in her face shows that she very confuse,lonely and sad!!

-A stranger walk to her and whispering something to her ear

-And suddenly she start cry…

The Setup:

-Protagonis: John Conrad

-Antagonis: The Marine and tycoon Ian Breckel

-Occupation: Secret Agent

-need/goal: to stay a life and back to her wife

-Problems: he trapped in the small Island with the other nine prisoner,and must kill them all to stay alive

Inciting Incident

Jack Conrad, whose top-secret mission to El Salvador went away, and wound up on death row in a local prison while his associates back home conveniently forgot about him. Conrad is offered a final chance at clemency by the evil entertainment tycoon Ian Breckel, who buys up Conrad and nine other condemned men and forces them to participate in his diabolical new reality-TV show. The game is simple: the contestants are dropped on a remote island fitted with cameras, and instructed to kill or be killed over the next 30 hours. At the end of that time, the sole survivor will be awarded his freedom and a large cash prize, and stay alive

Act 1 turning point

when ian breckel want an arabic to be as a player and he try the arabic’s ability with jack conrad,and suprisingly jack conrad win the battle in one hit.

and finaly ian breckel decided to put jack conrad as one of the player.

Mid point

ian breckel send them to the small island, and they drop jack conrad with hand and leg still with handcuffs, so its hard to him to move either protect himself.

Act 2 TP

while jack conrad busy to stay alive and try not to kill anyone. The marine made a deal with the japanese guy to kill the remaining player.

jack conrad found the base camp of ian breckel,where the crew filming what happen in the island!!

while his there he make a call to his gf and tell the latitude position,before he finish talk to his girlfriend the guard found him and start shooting at him
